5 out of 5 starsI cannot say enough good things about this company. To start with Jesse was recommended to me by a friend. I contacted him and he came out the same day to look at our master bathroom, which had not been touched in over 30 years. Wee needed a complete gut job on this room. Immediately, I knew that Jesse was the right Contractor based on his knowledge of the business. He answered every question and made us feel very comfortable signing with him. One of The key factors in signing with Jesse was the fact that he would help us in every phase of this project as opposed to leaving it up to us as far as design, products, shopping, etc. About two weeks after signing, the project began and his team showed up precisely at 8 AM as promised. They put down protection to protect our house and our floors and started the demolition. It took about a day and a half to tear out the old bathroom and they immediately got started on the renovation. To keep it short, his crew was outstanding. They were very conscientious of the noise and coming and going. They didn’t mind that I stuck my nose in every couple hours to see how it was going. Bottom line the job was done on time, and there were no extras. In fact when they were installing my vanity, they discovered some plumbing problems that were created during a previous repair. Jesse immediately addressed it came over fixed it and did not charge us anything extra and probably saved us from a flood. To summarize. We are very happy with the job and highly recommend Jesse and his crew. See more See less

Stabilized the front porch (it had been sinking). Added a retaining wall and added several yards of soil around the porch to bring it back up to proper levels. They had excellent follow up after the work was completed to make sure everything settled well. See more See less

He came out the next day to repair our sliding glass door lock and had it fixed in just a few minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and didn't charge us for the simple repair. He called it a neighbor visit 😃 It's hard to find contractors who don’t nickel and dime and would rather build the relationship. We met with several great contractors, but we ultimately chose JB Custom Remodeling because of JB's excellent communication, honesty, and ability to complete our projects quickly without sacrificing quality. So far, JB Custom Remodeling has completed new flooring in our sunroom and a full powder room remodel, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The sunroom is now much more functional for our family. The powder room remodel has given us more space in the room and the results are beautiful! The craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding, and it's clear that JB takes great pride in his work. Every step of the process was well communicated, and any questions we had were answered promptly. We also really appreciated how professional and respectful the crew was. The job site was kept clean and organized throughout the project, which made the renovation process much less stressful.
